Dear Nadia,

This has been an eye-opening and inspiring experience of a lifetime. I can't begin to express my gratitude to you for the wonderful instruction and insight you've shared with me. You are a strong, gracious and beautiful example of a yoga teacher and I hope someday I can inspire others the way that I see your students inspired by you. Follow these rules:

1. Remember to get ready 1 hour before class, but know that you can do it faster
2. Don't forget to eat and
3. share your chocolate

Everything else will fall into please after that !!
