Conveniently located in the heart of Maui's North Shore, the beachside
town of Kuau, Maui Yoga Shala has welcomed travelers from around
the world, as well as serves as a place of practice to local yoga
devotees.
Maui
Yoga Shala offers various styles of yoga, including Nadia's very
popular "Maui Yoga", a blend of Ashtanga and Iyengar.
A professional athlete or new to the healing practice of yoga,
Maui Yoga Shala will nurture your level for an inviting experience.

Yoga Shala is located at 618 Hana Highway - less than a five minute
drive out of Paia, in the town of Kuau.
Look for the mailbox with the "om" sign, on the "mauka"-side
(mountain-side), or coming from Paia & going toward Hana,
studio is on the right.
Parking:
Take Kulani for parking and park along side the fence. Please
do not enter or block any of the neighbor's driveway to keep things
peaceful.
