Urdehva Dhanurasana (Wheel)

Benefits:
This powerful pose encouraces emotional release, while releasing tension in the upper back, chest, shoulders and hips.


Alignment:
Knees stacked over your heels, feet hip-width apart. Hands are flat, next to your ears and your palms are down with fingertips toward your shoulder.

Pull your elbows in to align with your shoulders. Press your hips and rotate you inner thighs, shifting weight into your legs.

Focus gaze on the wall behind you & keep the neck relaxed.
   
Utrasana (Camel)

Benefits:
O
pens hip flexors and rotator muscles, as well as the front side of the entire body. Sparks the emotion center of the body.

Alignment:
Knees and feet hip-width apart....

Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend):



Alignment
:
With feet together, let your head hang heavy and keep your neck free from strain.


Benefit:
This posture stretches the lower back and hamstrings. It stimulates and rinses the organs in the belly, including the digestive system
